Bonnie has been actively appraising real estate in the Chicagoland area for nearly 30 years. She has attended numerous courses to maintain "state of art" competency in today's competitive real estate market. In addition to her classroom training, she has had direct "in field" training over the years, by her mentors, Frank Muriello, MAI, CRE, and Gerald Perlow, MAI, GAA.

Bonnie's residential appraisal assignments have ranged from small suburban bungalows to large lakefront estates on Chicago's north shore and upper bracketed condominiums on Chicago's lake front. Her commercial assignments have ranged from small mixed-use buildings to larger condominium developments.
